We know you will be VERY excited for your package to arrive at your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible and you are 100% satisfied!
We offer standard, Priority and Expedited USPS shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday-Saturday
We do not fulfill orders on National Holidays.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase
Delivery ranges from 2-6 business days. These orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
*While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Arie Layne is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as inclement weather, postal interruptions, etc.
Do we offer overnight shipping?
Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check shipping rates at that time.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once order had processed and packed for shipment, you will receive another email with tracking number, if applicable. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the link in your shipment confirmation or by logging into usps.com or ups.com and enter the tracking number. For in store pick up orders, you will receive an email letting you know the order is ready for pick up.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
If you have made an error placing your order, please reach out to email@example.com. Please include your first/last name, order number, and what changes need to be made. We are happy to help you correct the order.
You may return your items for store credit, exchange or a refund back to your card within 30 days of delivery Our inventory moves very quickly and we don't want you to miss out. We appreciate your understanding of our policy as we are a small business.
- All items being returned must have original tags attached, unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition.
- Returns with makeup stains, deodorant stains or fragrance residual will not be accepted.
- Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn and no damage to bottom of shoes.
- Any return not meeting these requirements will not be accepted and be returned to you for an $8 fee.
- Local purchases may be returned directly to our store.

Please note: we are unable to accept items that have been washed. Please be sure to follow exact washing instructions to ensure the garment remains in good condition.
If you would like to exchange an item in your order, please place a new order for that item on our website. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. Shipping charges for the exchanged product will be credited to the return of original purchase ONLY when exchanging.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
- Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted
- Place item(s) inside shipping safe mailer/box with copy of original receipt/packing slip.
- Please note "Return" on the receipt.
- We do not provide shipping labels. Please send it to us.
You may use USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.

How do I get my refund?
- Once items have been received and approved by our team, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.
- Any return made after the 30 day window will be issued a Store Credit Only (does not expire).
- NO returns accepted after 60 days of purchase.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for credit card refunds.
- For store credit refunds, we will email an E-Gift card to you.
- We will notify you via email once your refund/store credit has been issued.
